What is the 'Human Franchise'?

The Human Franchise is a Society newsletter around the founding of the Humanist Union (a BC private Society). I am a network designer and philosopher presenting programs to members, each toward personal DNA stewardship. The Society structure right now is similar to a private, member-owned golf club, except the focus is on Biobanking (BB) then Ectogenesis (EG), hence the BB-H-EG Model.
Toward a next-gen design, I propose a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) on Web3, ultimately at the address Hus.Eth for the Humanist Union Society. At present it’s all Web 2, and the Society decides all structural matters democratically.
One interesting feature the ENS domain permits is automated transactions in ETH. In that spirit the founding membership fee is 1 ETH, this is triaged as Member/EG/HU accounts on the Ethereum blockchain. The fee includes an optimized, fortified DNA returned to you in a sealed stainless capsule.
